1.1 Ad Management
You are hiring MarketHustl.com, LLC to review, build and manage your Amazon ad account. You will have a PPC Manager assigned to your account and all strategy will be reviewed and overseen by our PPC Director. We will make every effort to work toward and exceed the goals we have discussed for your business within the budget selected.

You understand that advertising and Amazon are not static environments and that sometimes market conditions exists that are outside of our control.


We agree to use our best efforts to fulfill and exceed your expectation on the deliverables listed above. You agree to aid us in doing so by making available to us needed information pertaining to your business and to cooperate with us in expediting the work.  Any change in your business that will impact how we manage your ads should be communicated with as much advance notice as possible. This includes new products, liquidations, changes in budget and direction.

2.1 Communication
Understand that you are hiring us for our expertise and how to apply that expertise to your specific situation on Amazon. You are not hiring a full time, dedicated staff person. The time we spend on your account is best served actually working on your ads. Excessive communication requests can restrict our time to best serve all of our clients and we ask that you respect this understanding so we can create the best results.  Of course, we welcome questions, feedback and dialogue. The best way to do this is to schedule a conference after receiving a monthly report and save questions to review at once.

2.2 Access & Permissions

You agree to give us access to your SellerCentral account in the areas we need to build, run and manage your advertising. This access should not change without notice.


The onboarding fee covers our account review and the first month of services.  Ad accounts automatically renew and are billed 1 month in advance based on the previous month’s ad spend and adhere to the following schedule.  This fee schedule can change at any time, with notice.

3.1 Billing Schedule
We have two billing cycles each month. Clients that have completed their onboarding, including our initial consultation and strategy meeting, will commence on the next available billing day (1st or 15th).  

3.2 Cancellation
This agreement is our only contract. We understand that we need to continue to perform well to keep your business, therefore, long-term contracts aren’t necessary. You can cancel at any time but cancellations must be received 15 days before your billing date in order to avoid the next monthly charge.

3.3 Agreement to Pay
Monthly fees for service will be automatically charged every month on your billing date. If a payment fails to process, we will notify you so that other payment arrangements can be made. You have 7 days to provide payment to avoid any interruption of services.

We are managing your ad budget on Amazon and are responsible for implementing a successful long-term advertising strategy for your business. There are many factors that are outside of our control including but not limited to actions by competitors, seasonality, changes in Amazon, manufacturing issues, increased competition or fluctuations in the market.

While we will provide every effort to help your business succeed, we are not responsible for the overall success or failure of your business.

4.1 Human error

While we maintain and will continue to strive for excellence, we can’t guarantee that our work will be error-free.  We are not held liable to you or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if you’ve advised us of them.

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Wyoming.

The parties each individually represent and warrant that each has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform all of their obligations hereunder without violating the legal or equitable rights of any third party.

Except as otherwise set forth or referred to in this Agreement, this Agreement constitutes the sole and entire Agreement and understanding between the parties hereto as to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements and understandings of every kind and nature between them as to such subject matter.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under any present or future law, then that provision will be fully severable. In such instance, this Agreement will be construed and enforced as if the illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision had never comprised a part of this Agreement, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
